2. Update new email address in LOS
   
3. Create NEW email message
   

1. Input NEW borrower email address in the TO field
   
2. Copy/paste draft below into new message

4. Open DocMagic/log in
   
5. Click on eSign Console/Search for loan#/click on loan# hyperlink to open
   
6. Click on Borrower Link that states:  Sign Documents
   

1. New window will open
   
2. Copy the URL
   

7. Paste the URL into the NEW message draft where it states:   Borrower – 
   
8. Change Borrower label to:  borrower’s name
   
9. Input the LO’s name and Processor’s name
   
10. Send Email to borrower(s)
    
11. Reply to all on the LOS email including the Loan Officer in cc field
    

1. Email updated in LOS
   
2. Link has been sent to (borrower’s name)
